Figure 23 Dance is a new and unique Chichester based company offering training in contemporary dance for all ages and ability.

At F23 we believe that dancers should be able to express themselves through movement and encourage our students to feel free within their dancing with the support of body strength and fitness.

Hi I’m Saff…

I have been in dance training for 22 years studying in ballet, tap and musical theatre but specialising in contemporary dance. Having completed my degree in Contemporary Dance Performance, I decided I wanted to open F23 to create a space for children/people to explore there creativity through movement with no restrictions and to be able to guide dancers into how to make their body strong to be the best they can when performing.
